Armorlux

With a history stretching back to 1938, Armor Lux is known for it's nautical themed clothing. While their timing wasn't great, setting up just before the outbreak of World War Two, they were soon back on track when materials became more available in 1945.

Armor Lux is best known for it's use of the Breton stripe, which was initially introduced by French Law in 1858 to help locate overboard sailors, then taken into a rather cooler setting by the likes of James Dean.

Armor Lux is a company with values and their HQ remains in the small town of Quimper, making them one of the only remaining Breton manufacturers to still be based in Brittany.
