We’re pretty giddy about this Scuttlers Jacket, in part because it’s a very decent slab of outerwear by Y.M.C, and partly because it’s bursting at the seams with Mancunian-flavoured heritage. Originally worn by the gangs of scally’s that emanated from Manchester’s underbelly circa 1850, this is a relaxed yet classically timeless shape by design and primed for throwing atop any fit that could use a little blast from the past. This one is made from a summer-friendly mix of linen-cotton seersucker fabric, which makes for an ultra-breathable shell of textural splendour. Plenty of pocket to keep you occupied here too.
