These lot are big on simplicity, but that doesn’t mean their clobber lacks in an abundance of mind-bending credentials. First off, the ripstop fabric is undeniably very sturdy, which means it’s guaranteed to last you a lot longer than other jackets of the same ilk. The elasticated cuffs and drawcord hood are proper handy as well and allows you the range of movement you deserve but keeps the rain off where it matters. And we'd be remised not to mention those mad pockets as well. These are a bit tricky to describe, so we'll leave it by saying if you're into those mad jackets Levi's were churning out in the late 90s, you'll be into these.
