First released in 1991, the New Balance 997 was once one of the most high-tech trainers around. Utilising things like ‘a thermoplastic Hytrel strap system’ and ‘saw-tooth insteps’, they’re still mighty comfortable today. These ones here are the CM997HCJ versions, and they've been decked-out in the original hues of the very first 997s. Very flavoursome indeed.
