If you’re looking for an item that you can’t find online, just give us a call and we can let you know whether we’ve got it in one of our shops.

Help! I’ve made a mistake on my order, how can I cancel or amend my order?

No need to worry, depending on how far along your order is we should be able to sort this for you. Just contact our customer service department on either 0161 831 7781 or mailorder@oipolloi.com – we recommend calling us though to make sure the issue is resolved ASAP.

Have you received my return?

If you’ve sent your return via Collect+ they would’ve given you a tracking number. Please check this and see where it’s up to. During busy times please be patient with us, if it has been over a week since we’ve received it and you haven’t heard anything please shoot us an email with all of your order details.

I want my order ASAP, is it next day delivery?

Unless we are in sale or it is stated otherwise at the checkout, we offer next day delivery as long as you order with us before 1pm.

During sale time or busier periods we do allow three business days for dispatch, this will always be stated online if this is the case. Once dispatched your order will be delivered the following day if you are within the UK.

There’s an issue with the order I’ve received.

We’re sorry to hear about this. Send us through an email outlining the issue along with your order details over to mailorder@oipolloi.com and we’ll get that sorted as soon as possible.

I can’t find the collect from store option available, why is this?

During sale time we don’t offer collect from store due to the vast amount of orders we’re getting – apologies for any trouble this may cause.

I need some sizing information but it’s not available, what can I do?

We aim to have measurements on all of our garments but due to how many pieces we have this isn’t always possible, give our customer service team a call and they’ll be able to give you some insight.
