Manastash is an outdoor clothing company started in Seattle in the early ‘90s by a man named Rob Jungmann (the free-thinking earth-child behind those ace Jungmaven t-shirts). Using recycled fabrics and hemp, this lot were some of the first to make eco-friendly garb that actually looked good.
Nowadays Manastash is based in Japan, but we’re pleased to say the song has remained very much the same—tough stuff ideal for everyday outdoor activities.
And before you ask, the name comes from a mountain ridge that runs for approximately 50 miles across Washington State. Judging from a quick Google image search, it’s very picturesque.
