Four Week Forecast: April

Published: Thu Mar 29 2018

Another month, another boatload of delectable garments to hanker for. Here’s what should be landing on O.P. shores this April…

Starting off with a new name, we’ve got Japan’s Fujito. Following that age-old Japanese tradition of taking classic designs and making them loads better, this lot make some really smart, subtle garb. Those slant-pocket BDU shirts are particularly outstanding.Another new one is Home Work — the new one from Save Khaki main-man David Mullen. Lots of washed-out, worn-in cotton, with a slight, ‘Tender goes to America’ vibe. Some pretty classy work-jackets here. Any BBQ grill kings in the audience will be pleased to hear that Universal Works have made a slew of short sleeve shirts ideal for those sunny Bank Holiday afternoons. Good spread of fabrics and patterns here. Some mad, some not as mad, all very nice. Relish at the ready. And finally, A.P.C. continue to make seriously slick clothing. There’s a lot on the way here from the Parisians, from laid-back sweatshirts to militant over-shirts and most bits in-between.Oh yeah, and those Gramicci trousers and that Manastash jacket that we mentioned last month might be here too. Fingers crossed…
