Monitaly; the clothing line from Yuketen’s shoe making mastermind, Yuki Matsuda. Apparently it takes its name from some of Yuki’s loves and enthusiasms, including his daughter Monica and the military… and Italy. Which is slightly confusing, perhaps, as it’s all made in the good ol’ U.S. of A. Call it what you want — the attention to detail is as you’d expect from the man behind Yuketen, and that’s what matters. Monitaly’s twin mantras? “Every stitch has a soul” and “tenacious for quality”. No messing about.
