Hot Rod Circa ’53 is a short and snappy bit of promotional video content from Levi’s Vintage Clothing that delves into the world of hot-rod culture. Yep, in the wrong hands this sort of stuff can be pretty dull, but luckily for us viewers, Levi’s enlisted the video skills of L.A. artsy-type Aaron Rose. Using archive footage and interviews with some of the surviving movers and shakers, it’s a good watch that also serves as a handy little insight into the inspiration behind the latest Levi’s Vintage range.
