We recently came across some nice old archive images from Barbour and thought we’d share them. A Bar-chive you could call it.
Featuring the Barbour family home, coat of arms and the J Barbour and Sons premises in South Shields.
There’s also some great magazine and advertising shots plus a portrait of a young lady called Margaret Haining who married founder John Barbour in 1871. Then had ten children together and the rest is history.
