Pica~Sounds is our monthly excuse to play some records and sup a few cold bottles of suds after work.
We’ve recently reshuffled it a bit, so it’s now at Common (just round the corner from our Manchester shop), and it’s now on the last Thursday of the month, but apart from these minor changes, the song should remain roughly the same.
To kick things off at the new gaff, we’ve bagged Sean Canty — one half of the hard-to-describe aural exorcists Demdike Stare.
Sean's got a fairly extensive record collection (probably not much of a surprise considering he used to work digging out obscure gems for Andy Votel's Finders Keepers label), so it should be a good 'un.
