Fleece is the Word
On Sunday afternoon, in a distant parallel world, ITV2 will no doubt be showing the classic hit musical, Fleece. It’s basically exactly the same film as Grease, but everyone wears fleeces. And instead of ragging hot-rods round a drainage ditch, ol’ Big Face John Travolta spends his time ambling around the Lake District in an old Volvo estate. The soundtrack is pretty powerful too—not only do you get ‘Fleeced Lightning’, but there’s also ‘Stranded at the Campsite’, and the karaoke mainstay, ‘Hopelessly Devoted to the Environment’.
Olivia Newton-John isn’t in it either. Who plays Sandy then?
