The Redcoat (in a red coat)

It has come to our attention that our Deck~Outs are sometimes a bit difficult to decode. So before we launch into any waffle we thought it would be best to explain the context — the lad in the picture is wearing a red coat so we’ve written about Butlins Redcoats ‘cos, as we all know, they wear red coats too. Holidays in the United Kingdom may be a lot of fun, but it can sometimes be hard to get in to the spirit of things. The wind is blowing, the rain is pouring and you’ve dropped your ice cream on the carpet of the canteen before you’ve even had a lick. But don’t start blubbering just yet, there’s someone at hand to turn that frown upside down. He knows card tricks, he knows silly songs, he even knows a few bawdy jokes that you’re not old enough to understand (and probably aren’t that funny when you are old enough to understand). Yep, He’s the Redcoat, and we salute him.
