The Orlebar Brown Bulldog short is the perfect 'bridge' short. They're far smarter than the usual baggy beach shorts but just as comfortable. They're made to wear in or out of the water and with a quick drying polyamide fabric they're just the job. They're mid-length so sit high enough to make swimming comfortable but they're also low enough to work well while walking along a promenade.
