Sale Returns Policy
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are resaleable with all tags attached.

For UK orders, we charge a flat rate of £3.95 (any weight). Monday to Thursday we use UPS next day service, delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm. On Friday, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, delivered next day before 1pm. We do this as Saturday courier rates are extremely expensive.
Please note: due to Royal Mail regulations, orders weighing over 2 kilos to be shipped on Friday will need to be collected by UPS and are likely to be delivered on Monday.
International orders are charged dependent on weight. We use UPS for parcels over 2 kilos, and Royal Mail International Signed For service for all parcels under 2 kilos.

All orders are insured, trackable and require a signature on delivery. UPS shipments are fully trackable, Special delivery and International Signed For shipments are only partially trackable. You will receive tracking information by e-mail as soon as your order has been despatched.
SAME DAY DESPATCH - if we receive your order before 2:00PM we aim to post the same day.
Important Customs & Duty info for customers outside of the EU
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.
We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you
must contact your
local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not receive an unexpected charge.
