We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are resaleable with all tags attached.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, simply specify the new size you require in the form on the delivery note. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Refunds: If you are returning the goods for a refund, write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We will refund your credit/ debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 3 days of receipt and the credit should show in your account within a few days.

Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. Please take particular care with shoes, we will not be able to refund or exchange shoes with damaged boxes, as the box is considered part of the product.

Please mark the parcel very clearly as 'Returned Items'. Oi Polloi will be charged import taxes if this is not written on the package.

Faulty Returns: If you believe an item bought from us to be faulty in any way, please contact mailorder@oipolloi.com. We will respond within 24 hours and advise how to proceed. Please do not return the item until we have responded to your email. Any item found not to be faulty, returned before our acknowledgment, will be returned to the sender at their own costs.

Oi Polloi does not store credit card numbers in its database. In order to take your payment, we will transfer you to our credit card processing service provided by World Pay.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you will not receive an unexpected charge.
