The Item was not delivered on time although I was refunded for the postage it was for a birthday present which was subsiquently late!!

Also after the user wearing it for two nights out the strap has broken from general wear! Thus meaning more expence!!

Watch was sent the day we received order, unfortunately it was mis routed by courier. We immediately refunded postage and the parcel arrived the next day (item ordered Tuesday night, sent Wednesday, arrived Friday- not up to our usual standards but I would have thought forgiveable?).

As for the strap, ask your friend to send it back to us, it's under guarantee and we'll reimburse all costs, so no extra expense! These things happen with plastic watches but we'll always do our best to sort things out given the oppurtunity.

Hi there thanks for a lovely jacket, though to be honest the colour is not black but dark blue/navy which is somewhat different from what is advertised. Also i wasn't very happy with the size- it is slightly large for a medium. Don't get me wrong still a lovely jacket.
