Cold Splinters is a blog-based brand that obsesses about all things outdoor (and cool). Their online presence is a big favourite in the OiPolloi offices - they write well about things we're into. It therefore made perfect sense for us to carry their new line of Campfire shorts. The shorts take inspiration from the old days of mountaineering, and have the fabrics, fixtures and fittings to match. They have a considered, hard wearing feel that looks ideally suited to outdoor pursuits in the sunshine. They'd be just as suited to lighting a barbecue on the beach as they would lighting a fire in a forest.
