Lyle & Scott launched their first golf range in 1967 with the distinctive Lyle & Scott 'Golden Eagle' logo. It was an immediate success with golfers Gary Player, Tony Jacklin and Greg Norman, as well as Bob Hope and Ronnie Corbett. Lyle and Scott has seen a massive revival over the last 5 or 6 years, and Lyle & Scott polo's and sweaters have been adopted by some of the best young British bands around today, helping the Lyle & Scott eagle to become every bit as iconic as the laurel wreath, crocodile or polo player.
