We are looking to hire a manager with a proven track record at store manager level for our new shop in Soho.
The right person for this position will…
Be customer focused.
Be experienced in recruiting and managing a team.
Know how to drive sales, performance and manage business KPIs.
Be aware that this is not a role to grow into. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running.
Understand the operational needs of the day to day running of a shop.
Know how to merchandise to a high standard both visually and commercially.
Have excellent product knowledge and a genuine interest in what we do.
Show an understanding of how important social media and our online presence are to the business.
Be comfortable in becoming part of the Oi Polloi senior management team.
Be flexible in handling change and to continually generate new ideas.
The job is a full time permanent position. Salary £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience.
